AlertLoop Terms of Service

By using AlertLoop, you agree to these terms with Rampage Apps.

Service

AlertLoop lets users create private groups and send priority messages to connected Android and Windows devices. Features may depend on internet access, device power, operating-system permissions, Supabase, Firebase, and other third-party services.

Not an Emergency Service

AlertLoop is not an emergency service, monitored alarm, public warning system, or guaranteed delivery channel. Do not rely on AlertLoop as the only way to request help or communicate immediate danger. Contact local emergency services when safety is at risk.

Acceptable Use

You must not use AlertLoop to threaten, harass, impersonate, deceive, spam, distribute illegal content, expose private information without permission, or send false safety or emergency claims. Only upload photos and messages that you have the right and consent to share.

Groups and Invitations

Keep invitation codes private and share them only with intended recipients. Group owners and admins control membership. Members may leave groups, block users, and report misuse. We may restrict or remove access when needed to protect users, operate the service, or comply with law.

Your Content

You retain ownership of messages and photos you submit. You grant Rampage Apps and its service providers the limited rights necessary to store, transmit, display, secure, and support that content for the service.

Availability and Liability

The service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, delivery time, or fitness for a particular safety-critical purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Rampage Apps is not liable for missed, delayed, duplicated, or incorrectly displayed alerts, or for actions taken in reliance on them.
