Delete AlertLoop Data

You can leave a group from AlertLoop settings. Leaving removes your active access to that group but does not automatically delete messages retained for the remaining members.

To request deletion of the AlertLoop data associated with your installation:

1. Open AlertLoop Settings and note the device name and the groups you use. 2. Visit https://rampageapps.com/support and request AlertLoop data deletion. 3. Include the device name, display name, and group names needed to locate the anonymous installation. Do not send private invitation codes or message contents.

Rampage Apps may ask for a verification step before deleting data. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Deletion may include the anonymous account identifier, device registrations, memberships, read cursors, reports, and content attributable only to that account. Group messages may be retained where necessary for other group members or legal obligations, with the requesting account disconnected or de-identified where practical.
